Many of our staff can speak English and are experienced at helping students get through a variety of problems that might confront them.
- Concerns about studying, including inquiries on techniques for studying Japanese or how to conduct everyday studying.
- How to make an appointment or see a doctor for personal health care issues such as influenza, insomnia, pregnancy, or anxiety over medical procedures.
- How to make career decisions concerning employment or pursuit of further education.
- Whether to return to your homeland or stay in Japan
- Emotional issues such as homesickness, depression, isolation, culture shock, and relationship problems.
- Feel free to visit the Counseling Center, whenever you feel that you have no one to ask for help or when you just want to talk with someone.
